Show Me Your Stack podcast
Show Me Your Stack is a GTM Vault show in which one GTM engineer or operator screen-shares the revenue system they built, names every tool in it and says what happened. Rick Koleta hosts. A new episode ships every two weeks, and every tool named lands in the Stack Index with a permanent operator page.
Hosted by Rick Koleta. Every two weeks. Thirty minutes, recorded remotely, screen-share throughout. 9 episodes on the record, updated 2026-10-01.
How an episode works
- The guest states the GTM problem, then shares the screen of the system they built to solve it: the tables, the workflows, the prompts, the CRM fields.
- No slides and no scripted questions. The system on screen is the episode.
- Each episode is written up as a playbook on gtmvault.co and in the Library, with the stack listed and the full transcript searchable to the timestamp.
- Every tool the guest names enters the Stack Index with the guest as the operator citation, and the guest gets a permanent operator page showing their stack by layer.
Who comes on. Hands-on operators: GTM engineers, founders running their own outbound, RevOps leads and solo consultants whose tool, workflow or stack is the story.

Common questions
- What is the Show Me Your Stack podcast?
- A GTM Vault show in which a GTM engineer or operator screen-shares the real revenue system they built, names the tools and explains what happened. It is the evidence layer behind the Stack Index: every tool named on the show is recorded with the operator who named it.
- Who hosts Show Me Your Stack?
- Rick Koleta, founder of GTM Vault, a publication and podcast on revenue architecture read by 27,000+ founders and revenue leaders.
- How often does Show Me Your Stack publish?
- Every two weeks. Each episode is a 30-minute remote recording with the guest's screen shared throughout.
- Where can I watch or listen?
- Video on YouTube, audio on Apple Podcasts and Spotify through the GTM Vault feed, and the written playbook with the full transcript on gtmvault.co and in the Library at pro.gtmvault.co.
- Is Show Me Your Stack a podcast about GTM engineering?
- Yes. Most guests are GTM engineers or operators doing GTM engineering work: enrichment pipelines, signal agents, outbound run from a terminal, CRM action layers. Each episode shows one such system end to end.
- How do I become a guest?
- Guests are hands-on operators with a working system to show. The invite goes out from Rick; replies to any GTM Vault email reach him. The guest is named and linked throughout, so the episode doubles as a public portfolio piece.
